We were tasked with designing detailed floor plans for Quality House and Land, which formed the foundation for their marketing and client presentations. In addition to the floor plans, we also created a comprehensive booklet that showcased all the plans, offering potential buyers a clear, well-organized view of the various layouts available. The booklet and presentation were well-received by both users and clients, enhancing the company’s marketing efforts. Furthermore, we were entrusted with designing their holiday cards, ensuring they conveyed a festive yet professional tone. Along with this, we designed various printed materials and one-page PowerPoint documents to support their broader business communications. The combination of clean, professional design and attention to detail made each deliverable stand out, further strengthening the brand’s image.

We were tasked with designing a range of print collateral for Quality House and Land, including one-pagers, a detailed floor plan booklet, and sheets featuring multiple floor plans. Each piece needed to adhere strictly to the brand guidelines, ensuring a professional and cohesive presentation. The challenge was to create a clean and organized layout that displayed complex floor plans in an easy-to-read format. Our team focused on maintaining clarity while highlighting the key features of each design. The final materials were well-received, effectively showcasing the company's offerings in a polished and visually appealing way.

We were tasked with designing a PowerPoint template for Quality House and Land, enabling their team to easily create one-pagers by following pre-designed master slides. The template was structured to ensure consistency while being user-friendly, allowing any team member to quickly produce professional presentations. It included sections for pricing of various packages and detailed information on what each plan offers. Our goal was to create a template that was both visually cohesive and flexible enough for customization, making it a valuable tool for internal use. The final product was well-received for its functionality and design consistency.

Floor Plans

We were tasked with designing floor plans for Quality House and Land, working directly from AutoCAD files. This required a high level of precision as the plans included detailed furniture layouts. Our focus was on ensuring accuracy while maintaining a clean, visually cohesive design across all the plans. I assisted in translating the technical AutoCAD drawings into easily understandable and aesthetically pleasing visuals, ensuring consistency throughout the project. The final floor plans were well-organized and professional, aligning perfectly with the client's expectations and enhancing the overall presentation of their property layouts.
